Weighbridge Operator

We are proud to be partnering with a national leader in waste management to find a reliable and proactive Weighbridge Operator for their busy Seven Hills site. Our client is a global powerhouse, employing over 200,000 people and playing a vital role in Australia’s sustainability through advanced resource recovery and waste processing.

This is a key position acting as the face of the facility, ensuring the accurate, safe, and legal flow of materials in and out of the site.

Your New Role

• Serve as the first point of contact, providing clear directions to arriving customers, staff, and drivers with a professional and helpful attitude.

• Inspect, weigh, and accurately record data for all vehicles entering and exiting the site using the weighbridge system.

• Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised environment in both the office and the weighbridge area.

• Proactively assist the site team by addressing operational needs and ensuring smooth traffic flow.
